Cold and Flu Smoothie Recipes – 2 Incredible Smoothies

In this cooking tutorial Anthony Cooper will show you how to make 2 easy smoothies against a flu and a cold.

Ingredients for the first smoothie:
1 banana
2 oranges
1 teaspoon of ginger
Spinach or kale
1 Lemon
1/2 glass of water

Directions:
1. Peel the banana. Cut 2 oranges into 4 pieces. Discard the skin and the seedy portions in the middle. Cut the lemon into 2 pieces. Discard the seedy portions in the middle as well.

2. Peel the ginger. We need small pieces of grated ginger. Cut kale into small pieces. Last but not least 3 ounces of water.

3. Fill the blender with all your ingredients and mix it for 1-2 minutes. Serve your smoothie.

Second smoothie:
1 Carrot
2 Oranges
1 Mango
Ginger
1/2 glass of water

Directions:
1. Peel the carrot. Using a sharp vegetable peeler, slice the carrot into small pieces for the blender. Peel and cut the mango.

2. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Cut 2 oranges into 4 pieces. Last but not least 3 ounces of water.

3. Fill the blender with all your ingredients and mix it for 1-2 minutes. Serve your smoothie.
